STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms and conditionswill apply to the supply of all goods sold by 

V. R ENTERPRISES as trading name of My Toner.


1) Returns & Refund:

We will provide a full refund for any product that is returned unopened and in original condition within 10 daysfor any reason whatsoever.

For Returns .. Please contact us first at info@mytoner.in  will arrange the details with you. As long as the product is unopened and in original condition, we will refund your money less a handling fee and shipping which will confirm with you.

Kindly do not return products to our listed addresses. We will provide you with a return address. If you return your products to our main address you will be charged an additional freight forwarding fee.

Products must be returned within 10 days of order to be eligible for refund

Risk of the Goods

Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery or to the address specified by the customer.

All claims for goods damaged in transit shall be made to the carrier immediately after the delivery of the goods to the customer.

 

 

2) Shipping & Delivery Policy

At V. R ENTERPRISES we are committed to delivering your laser printer toner cartridges quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process and ship your orders.

A. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days(Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and shipped.

B. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer reliable delivery through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times 2 to 4 days

(Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier delays, and product availability.)

C. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at 10% of your total order amount. We are also pleased to offer free shipping in certain areas, depending on your location and order value.

D. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. If your location is non-serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.

E. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A tracking number via email or SMS

A link to track your order in real-time through our courier partner’s website

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, please contact us at info@mytoner.in.

F. Delays or Issues

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions / Logistics disruptions / Unforeseen courier delays OR Remote delivery locations

In such cases, we will keep you updated. You can also contact our support team for updates.

G. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing the order:

Address changes are only possible before dispatch.
